Q 1) and 2): Documents that are transmitted from Institution to Institution are indeed registered in the Commission, including with the name of the addressee, and, depending on the applicable procedure, transmitted either by the Registry or by the competent Commission services. Q6): For the way of providing information to the European Parliament that it needs for the exercise of its competences and prerogatives, the Commission and the EP have set up a list of rules in the Framework Agreement on their mutual relations. These rules include the possibility, in particular where the confidentiality of information needs to be protected, to present information orally and/or to a limited number of persons having a need to know.
